Document Description
Napa County (County), in cooperation with the California Department of Transportation (Caltrans), proposes to replace the existing structurally deficient Dry Creek Road Bridge over Dry Creek in Napa County, California as part of the Highway Bridge Program (HBP). The new bridge would be constructed along a roughly east-west alignment located 150 feet south of the existing bridge in order to straighten the bridge approach and bypass the hairpin curve segment of Dry Creek Road. There would be no expansion in the number of travel lanes.
