The project would construct and operate a travel center and RV park on a 33.52-acre parcel on Stoddard Wells Road adjacent to I-15 in Apple Valley. The travel center would include vehicle and truck fueling, a convenience store, a fast food restaurant, a dog park, a truck scale, a building for truck maintenance, signage, and various infrastructure. The RV park would include 88 total spaces; a main building with a convenience store, restrooms, and showers; recreational amenities; and required infrastructure.
