Document Description
The project will establish a dog park on a vacant open field on a 26,000+/- square foot parcel. The parcel has historically been used as a neighborhood quasi dog park. The dog park will be fenced along the parcels perimeter and partitioned for small and large dogs. The project will include a half-court basketball court, landscaping, a 10+/- space parking area, a concrete walkway from the parking area to the fenced dog areas, bench seating, a couple picnic tables, a drinking fountain and signage. Minor grading will be required for the basketball court and parking area.
