The Edelweiss Sustainable Farms proposes development of an indoor cannabis cultivation and processing facility with 12 warehouse style buildings and associated infrastructure (stormwater retention, driveways, parking, landscaping, a primary gated access point, two emergency access points, and perimeter fencing equipped with security cameras). The net building square footage for the project will be 450,594 square-feet. Connection to the City sewer lines requires installation of 1,200 feet of 8-inc PVC pipe to be placed underground along Hobsonway.
