Document Description
Caltrans District 9 is proposing a pavement maintenance project in Mono County. The project proposes to repair degraded pavement and restore the road to a serviceable condition. The work includes a 0.15” Hot mix asphalt (HMA) overlay on both lanes of SR 182. New HMA will be placed Edge of Pavement (EP) to EP and shoulder backing will be placed 3’ from EP. Dig outs to repair pavement are anticipated as part of this project. All work will be performed within the existing pavement and shoulder backing with no new construction. No vegetation or dirt will be disturbed outside the existing pavement, shoulder backing, and contractor use areas.
