The project proposes to construct 12x60 ft. extension to existing boat ramp.
Class 1 – Existing Facilities. The project proposes to repair and extend an existing boat ramp.
Class 3 – New Construction. The project proposes to construct 12x60 ft. extension to existing boat ramp. The lakebed is currently dry due to drought conditions and the work will not impact water quality.
Tules are not present in the project area and no littoral vegetation will be removed. All work in the lake will occur between October 15 and December 31. The project will not result in significant adverse environmental effects to wetlands or riparian habitats. The Lake County Community Development Department has determined that the project will not have a significant effect on the environment and is, therefore, exempt from the provisions of CEQA.
