Document Description
The purpose of the project is to re-establish and maintain interior drainage for irrigation and stormwater runoff by replacing the failed pipes located at Gibbs Pond and 40 Mile Road to prevent further levee embankment voids, pipe corrosion, backflow issues, and control water volume losses. The Central Valley Regional Water Quality Control Board is issuing a CWA Section 401 Water Quality Certification for the project.
