Document Description
Reclamation District (RD) 817 proposes to replace two gravity-flow pipes that provide storm drain and irrigation drainage through the northern levee of Dry Creek in Yuba County, California. The project is located where 40 Mile Road crosses the Dry Creek north levee approximately 2.75 miles east of State Route 70 and 3 miles west of the Town of Wheatland. The Gibbs Pond and 40 Mile Road Pipe Repair Project (project) will be funded with a combination of local funds (provided by the RD 817 through a grant agreement with Yuba Water Agency) and an existing project agreement between the RD and the California Department of Water Resources (DWR) under the Flood System Repair Program (FSRP).
