Document Description
The California Department of Fish and Wildlife (CDFW) has executed Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement (EPIMS- MEN-29389-R1C), pursuant to Fish and Game Code section 1602, the project Applicant is the California Department of Transportation. This Agreement authorizes Caltrans to remove and replace three culvert drainage systems. Work will occur with standard measures and best management practices described in the Notification. To avoid potential impacts to Northern Spotted Owl (Strix occidentalis occidentalis) breeding habitat, no construction activities generating noise levels greater than 90 dB (with the exception of backup alarms) would occur between February 1 and July 31 at all culvert locations.
