Document Description
Minor Modification to PSP 19-073, MIM 21-044 is to create specific and distinct Special Use Permit areas that will be used to fulfil financial requirements. There will be no increase in the amount of power generated, nor will there be any expansion of the project site. The intent of the minor modification is to allow for portions of the solar farm to be sold individually. The beneficiary of this project will be the applicant and citizens of Tulare County as the Project will result in and contribute to a reliable, sustainable energy source and greenhouse gases reductions.

There will be no expansion of use beyond that existing at the time of the lead agency’s determination.
