The Northern Gateway Commerce Center (“proposed Project” or “Project”) site consists of a mix of developed and undeveloped land. The Project would include an application for the construction of one concrete tilt-up building to include 5,000 square feet of office and 1,311,741 square feet of warehouse on an approximately 70 gross acre site. Associated facilities and improvements of the Project site include 219 dock high doors, on-site landscaping, lighting, 674 automobile parking spaces, 479 trailer parking spaces, on-site truck queuing, and related on-site and off-site improvements necessary to access the project site. The building is speculative in nature.
