Document Description
The Northern Gateway Commerce Centers I & II (herein after “proposed Project” or “Project”) sites made up of a mix of developed and undeveloped land. The Project would include two separate applications for the construction of two concrete tilt-up buildings, one building per Project site. Site I is approximately 60 acres and would include a 1,165,871 SF of industrial warehouse with 5,000 SF of office space made up of 21 parcels. Site II is approximately 70 acres and would include a 1,311,754 SF of industrial warehouse with 5,000 SF of office made up of 13 parcels. Each site would consolidate its parcels into a single one. Associated facilities and improvements of the Project sites include loading dock doors, on-site landscaping, and related on-site and off-site improvements. A new public roadway is proposed to be constructed at the south end of each project site, parallel with the Southern California Edison Easement. Both buildings are speculative in nature.
