Reasons for Exemption
The proposed project consists of the quit-claim of a conservation easement in the eastern portion of the County. The project would not result in any ground disturbing activities that would result in a historical or biological impact. The project is not within the viewshed of a scenic highway nor is it on a site on a list compiled under Section 65962.5 of the Government Code. It can be seen with certainty that there is no possibility that the activity in question may have a significant impact on the environment and is therefore exempt from the provisions of CEQA.
