Document Description
A Multi-Asset Project in both Los Angeles and Orange Counties (LA Post Miles R20.6/R20.7 and ORA Post Miles R0.0/R4.8) on State Route 91 (SR-91) in Cerritos, La Palma, Buena Park, Fullerton and Anaheim, to rehabilitate pavement, make drainage improvements, install Weigh in Motion system and widen Eastbound SR-91 Orangethorpe Off-ramp and construct various TMS elements. Estimated Disturbed Soil Area (DSA) is 13.83 acres. Most work occurs in State's existing Right of Way (R/W), however three Temporary Construction Easements (TCEs) and three Permanent Easements (PE) are required. Construction activities will last about three years.
