Document Description
The Groveland CSD (GCSD) Reservoir 1 is lined with a thin geomembrane liner. The liner has failed and is in need of replacement. The proposed project includes the replacement of the existing geomembrane liner, as well as various site improvements such as the addition of new drainage facilities adjacent to the pond to divert runoff from entering the reservoir, fencing around the perimeter of the reservoir and the construction of a concrete solids drying pad.
