Document Description
The Groveland CSD (GCSD) gravel roadways are in need of rehabilitation. The gravel roadways will be resurfaced and regraded to provide adequate drainage and ground cover. The GCSD wastewater treatment plant (WWTP) receives excessive runoff from the surrounding environment. The runoff enters into their sludge drying bed and for this reason, concrete drainage facilities shall be constructed to diver runoff.
