Document Description
The California Department of Fish and Wildlife (CDFW) has executed Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement (EPIMS-RIV-33479-R6), pursuant to Fish and Game Code section 1602, the project Applicant, Chris Willis of Tri-Pointe Homes. The Project proposes to connect storm drains to Riverside County Flood Control Lime Street (Hill Street) Storm Drain channel at two locations. The first location, at the shoulder of the Highway 74, would include the connection of a 24-inch storm drainpipe. The second location which is located approximately 650 feet downstream, consists of a connection of a 1.5-foot high by 5-foot-wide box culvert. The storm drain connection would result in permanent impact to 0.01 acre of the Hill Street Ditch at these two outlet points.
