Document Description
Ramon Avila (hereinafter ‘Applicant’), is constructing a new well to replace a current well that is about to go dry to provide water for a single-family dwelling. The well is to be constructed in accordance with the California Well Standards, the Tulare County Well Ordinance, as well as the Delano-Earlimart Groundwater Sustainability Agency (GSA). The well is proposed to be drilled at a depth of 600’. The beneficiaries of the project will be the applicant.
