Document Description
On April 5, 2022, the San Juan Capistrano City Council approved a Mitigated Negative Declaration, adopted a Mitigation Monitoring and Reporting Program, and approved the City of San Juan Capistrano Skatepark and Trail Project (project). On that same date, the City Council conducted first reading of an ordinance adopting a code amendment to amend the Kinoshita Farm Specific Plan (85-01) to allow skatepark and trail as permitted uses and to rezone the project site to Specific Plan. On April 19, 2022, the City Council conducted second reading of the ordinance adopting a code amendment to amend the Kinoshita Farm Specific Plan (85-01) to allow skatepark and trail as permitted uses and to rezone the project site to Specific Plan, and approved the same. This is to certify that the final EIR with comments and responses and record of project approval, or the negative Declaration, is available to the General Public at: https://sanjuancapistrano.org/Departments/Development-Services/PlanningDivision/ Environmental-Documents
