Document Description
Notice of Exemption, CatEx Class 4 for Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement No. EPIMS-19081-R1I
This project has been proposed to remedy existing Fish and Game Code violations by addressing sediment input and risk of fill failure at three existing undersized stream crossings on Fulton Gulch and an unnamed tributary thereto. This project proposes to excavate and replace existing culverts with similar structures, appropriately designed and installed, to meet 100-year flow criteria to minimize the risk of fill crossing failure. Reconstruction of the stream crossings will allow for a widened road to meet CAL FIRE turn-around requirements.
