Equipment to be utilized for this activity includes a mini excavator and non-powered hand tools. Cement paving around building to reduce water damage: Approximately 1,000 ????2 of concrete will be added around the onsite residence and adjacent garage to reduce soil erosion around the building during rainy weather and to prevent damage to foundations.
