Document Description
The San Francisco Department of Public Works acting on behalf of the San Francisco Fire Department proposes to acquire the property at 1236 Carroll Avenue and construct a new fire-training facility on two city blocks bounded by Carroll Avenue, Hawes Street, Armstrong Avenue, and Griffith Street. Bancroft Avenue would be vacated, and the parcels would be merged to form a contiguous 7.28-acre site.
Following acquisition of the property, the project sponsor would develop detailed plans for the project
