Document Description
San Bernardino County Flood Control District (District) proposes to install approximately 6,000-feet of reinforced concrete pipe to connect Grove Avenue Storm Drain to Riverside Avenue Storm Drain and thus eliminate storm flow discharge from Grove Avenue. The proposed project will generally include but is not limited to: saw-cutting and removing existing asphalt pavement, excavating; installing RCP; manholes; junction structures; transition structures; replacing excavated material; asphalting and re-striping. Equipment planned for this project will include but is not limited to: Excavator; Dump Trucks; Dozer; Grader; Loaders; bobcat; water truck; bulldozer; generator; and a Crane. A traffic detour is planned which will route local traffic around construction to adjacent surface streets. No nighttime construction is planned. Construction activities are planned to occur within road right-of way and on previously developed and disturbed areas. Construction duration is anticipated for approximately 9-months
