The Project purpose is to remove melted high-density polyethylene pipe (HDPE) culverts and corrugated steel culverts that have been extensively damaged by the Camp Fire and replace with new reinforced concrete pipe (RCP) culverts, as well as restore roadway sections above the pipes. A total of 66 damaged culverts will be replaced throughout the town.
