Document Description
The proposed project includes a tentative subdivision map with 75 single-family residential lots. The project will include a gated entrance on Diamond Oaks Road, with pedestrian and emergency vehicle access on Shasta Street. Undeveloped areas, including two powerline corridors crossing the property, totaling approximately 5 acres, will remain in open space. Project staging areas and construction access will occur via the adjacent development area. The proposed project is limited to nine (9) activities associated with grading of the site and construction of infrastructure including: construction of water quality features and associated outfalls, a new culvert road crossing, existing culvert removal and stream channel realignment, and removal of vegetation.
