Document Description
The California Department of Fish and Wildlife has extended Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement EPIMS Notification Number HUM-15103-R1C, pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the project Applicant, Earl Roberts. The project is limited to one for water diversion from an unnamed tributary of Pilot Creek. Water is diverted for domestic use. Work for the water diversion will include use and maintenance of water diversion infrastructure. The Notification identified a pending permit application to cultivate cannabis and indicated all irrigation water would be sourced from a groundwater well.
