Reasons for Exemption
The project would occur within the existing road right-of-ways and would not require the removal of structures, vegetation, or trees. The project would occur in previously disturbed areas and would not impact known or unknown historical resources. The project site is not on a list complied pursuant to Section 65962.5 of the Government Code nor is it within the viewshed of a scenic highway. It can be seen with certainty that there is no possibility that the activity in question may have a significant impact on the environment and is therefore exempt from the provisions of CEQA.
