Document Description
The California Department of Fish and Wildlife (CDFW) has executed Streambed Alteration Agreement EPIMS-KER-30302-R4, pursuant to Fish and Game Code section 1602, to the project Applicant, CalPortland Company. The Project includes activities related to the operation of a new 35-acre open pit, multi-bench quarry to mine volcanic tuff. Activities include removal of stream segments during quarry excavation, constructing berms and diverting of the flow of streams entering the quarry site, and construction of low water crossings for access and haul roads.
