Reasons why project is exempt: The project is necessary to protect the environment by eliminating the present adverse impacts to the stream and fish and wildlife resources. The projects proposed include: use of an existing surface water diversion for domestic purposes only, remediation of a disturbed riparian area, and the repair of an existing stream crossing. This project, as carried out in accordance with the Agreement, poses no significant adverse impacts to endangered, rare or threatened species or their habitat.
