Document Description
Designate a new South Launch site for hang glider use at Mount Diablo State Park to replace an existing site that was abandoned due to issues with existing natural resources. The new launch site will be located adjacent to Summit Road and Juniper Trail, on a previously graded pad that was once the location of a telecommunications tower (since removed). There are no parking facilities at this new site and no new parking is proposed as a part of this project. Landings will occur at the existing approved landing areas.
