Document Description
This project includes the installation of a Rapid Flashing Beacon (NS22PB/R37PB), to update a pedestrian crossing at an uncontrolled intersection with enhanced safety features (NS21PB) including in-roadway warning lights. The purpose of this project is to provide pedestrians with a safe pedestrian crossing at the intersection of Dairy/Bainum Avenue(s) where there is a history of pedestrian-involved collisions. The beneficiaries of this project include residents of the City, and those who utilize the improved pedestrian crossing.
