Document Description
The California Department of Fish and Wildlife has executed Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement EPIMS Notification No. SBR-19991-R6, pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to SimonCRE, LLC, as represented by Joshua Simon. The Project is limited to the construction of a 36-inch diameter (9.4 cubic feet per second capacity) storm drainpipe that will discharge stormwater runoff and surface flows into the San Bernardino County flood control channel after settling in the proposed ponding basin. This Project is associated with a larger Project, outside of areas subject to Fish and Game Code section 1602 resources, including construction of an approximately 7,500 square-foot retail building in the town of Twentynine Palms, San Bernardino County, California on a currently undeveloped lot. Construction of the retail building will require grading, clearing, grubbing, excavation, paving, trenching, and material staging. Besides construction of the new building, the Project will include landscaping, placement of decomposed granite, construction of a parking lot, construction of engineered drainage infrastructure, and construction of a septic system/detention area.
