Document Description
The California Department of Transportation (Caltrans) proposes a bridge
maintenance project in San Joaquin County within the city of Stockton, at
Walker Slough Bridge (Br. No. 290223L&R). All construction will occur within the
State’s existing right of way (ROW). The scope proposed for the left and right
structures consists of removing approach slabs, replacing joint seals, and
polyester concrete overlay. Structural conditions have been identified for the
two bridges; that if not addressed would affect its structural integrity to a point
where costlier rehabilitation or replacement action would be warranted. No
construction activities, staging, parking of equipment, storage or dumping of
any materials outside of R/W will be allowed.
