Document Description
The proposed project is a request for a Use Permit to legalize an existing Live/Work
HVAC service business for air duct and dryer vent cleaning with operational hours of
Monday through Friday, 8 am to 5 pm. The Live/Work use request consists of an 88
square foot office located within the existing residence, one full-time administrative
assistant (onsite six hours per day), three full-time technicians (each onsite for up to
30 minutes per day), and two service vans. One service van is stored onsite after
business hours. All company equipment is contained in the two service vans. All
HVAC services and service van maintenance are preformed offsite. No construction
or expansion of the existing Live/Work use is proposed. Located on a 5.52 acre
parcel.
