Document Description
The proposed project consists of a replacement well for the existing Country Club well, a 1,2,3-trichloropropane removal water treatment plant, and associated on-site and off-site improvements. The proposed replacement well would be drilled to a depth of approximately 530 to 540 feet. The water treatment plant would consist of a granular activated carbon adsorption treatment plant located in an approximately 1,862-square-foot building that would be approximately 28 feet in height. Other on-site and off-site improvements include re-paving the existing driveway, constructing an additional driveway, covering the site with aggregate base surfacing, installing a perimeter fence, constructing a retaining wall, replacing the antenna, installing pipelines, adding landscaping, constructing a sewer lateral connection, and installing a stormwater retention system.
