Document Description
The approximately 2.11-acre undeveloped project site does not have a separate address. The project rebuilds the former fire station that was located on Newgate Court, which burned in the 2017 Tubbs Fires. The project is a replacement of a temporary fire station at 3480 Parker Hill Road. The project includes construction of an approximately 11,000 square-foot, two-story, fire station building, and auxiliary items includes on-site parking, road improvements and a relocated service road.
