Document Description
CCATT is seeking to amend their existing lease with Sunrise Recreation and Park District (Sunrise), in order to increase the leased area from 600 square feet to 768 square feet. The additional area would be used to site a 30kW backup generator and related ancillary equipment for an existing cellular tower. This Notice of Exemption is limited to the amendment to the existing lease agreement between CCATT and Sunrise and therefore does not cover any construction. Since the property is in the City of Citrus Heights, CCATT will be subject to their zoning code and will need to coordinate with Citrus Heights in order to determine whether further entitlements or permitting are necessary.
