Document Description
The project proposes a split-zoning request for a boundary line adjustment to add land to the residential property at 13880 State Highway 160 from the adjacent agricultural parcel. With the adjustment, the parcel owner will convey development rights to the County to ensure that the adjustment will not result in an increase of residential uses or buildable area on the subject parcel than are currently permitted.
