Document Description
The Central Valley Regional Water Quality Control Board is issuing a 401 Water Quality Certification for the subject Project. The purpose of the Project is to construct, operate, and eventually decommission an new 50-megawatt solar energy facility. The 381-acre Project consists of building a photovoltaic cell facility for solar energy production along Dillard Road. Solar array footings and piles will be constructed to support the photovoltaic panels. An on-site battery energy storage system will be constructed near the facility.
