Reasons for Exemption
The purpose of this project is to maintain the roadway drainage in good condition and reduce the frequency of repairs by field maintenance crews. Culverts will be replaced in-kind and there will be no change in the use of the facility or unusual circumstances. There are no impacts or significant effects to environmental resources or cultural/historical resources, and standard project practices will be implemented to ensure compliance will all applicable laws and permits.
