Document Description
The California Department of Transportation (Caltrans) proposes to repair or replace 9 culverts at various locations in Colusa County along SR 45 between postmiles 21.09 and 25.62. The purpose of the project is to deliver a culvert rehabilitation project that removes and replaces failed culverts and repairs damaged culverts using CIPP lining. This project is needed as addressing deficient culverts will increase functionality, improve drainage patterns, and keep the roadway safe. This project will be completed entirely within state right-of-way.
