The project includes construction of a permanent concrete low-flow road crossing within the existing 12-foot-wide access road easement through Sycamore Canyon Creek in order to repair the existing utility access road and ensure safe and reliable access to electrical transmission structure Z871862. Unavoidable permanent impacts to jurisdictional waters will be mitigated with credits from the Rancho Jamul Mitigation Bank to ensure a no net loss of wetland aquatic resources and temporary impacts will be restored to pre-project contours and revegetated with native species.
