Reasons for Exemption
The adoption of these regulations is an action by DWR's Division of Safety of Dams,
a regulatory agency, to enforce Water Code Division 3, Part 1 and to specify the
process for requesting information to implement Water Code Division 3, Part 1. As
such, this project is exempt pursuant to CEQA Guidelines 15321, 15301, and 15306.
