Document Description
The MND for the España residential development project (Tract Map 31689), adopted by the City of Indio on May 19, 2004, in conjunction with Addendum No. 1, approved by the City of Indio on August 17, 2020, adequately addressed the environmental effects of that part of the project that involves the IID, specifically the upgrade of IID distribution power lines & facilities to enable the IID to provide electrical service to the project (See IID Staff Report). IID will use these findings in approving that portion of the project involving IID.
