This project is exempt in accordance with 15301.(c) as it is a minor alteration to existing public infrastructure/pedestrian crossings. Ground disturbance will be fully contained within the improved road section. Post holes will reach a depth of 23 inches below top of curb (17 inches below grade) and median construction will be +/-12 inches below grade.
