The California Department of Fish and Wildlife has executed Lake and Streambed Alteration
Agreement EPIMS Notification No. SBR-20110-R6, pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to Robert
Tolentino.
The Project is limited to the construction of a one bedroom, one-bathroom single family residence, installation of the
associated septic tank and well, and construction of a 10-foot-wide by 200-foot-long driveway. Construction
equipment will include a backhoe and concrete truck
