A Zoning Code Amendment, to amend a Los Alamitos Municipal Code Section through a Zoning Ordinance Amendment (ZOA 21-02). This Zoning Ordinance Amendment amends Table 3-05 of Section 17.22.030 of the Los Alamitos Municipal Code. The proposed Ordinance would limit parking requirements for single family dwelling units to two enclosed garage spaces in any zone. (City Initiated) (Citywide).
