The California Department of Fish and Wildlife (CDFW) has executed Streambed Alteration Agreement (EPIMS-CCA-15375-R3), pursuant to Fish and Game Code section 1602, the project Applicant, Contra Costa County Flood Control and Water Conservation District, as represented by Allison Knapp. The project is limited to the removal of approximately 27,400 cubic yards (yd3) of sediment from Grayson Creek, the removal of approximately 115,000 yd3 of sediment from Walnut Creek, vegetation modification and removal, and on-site remediation, revegetation, and enhancement.
