Document Description
The California Department of Fish and Wildlife (CDFW) has executed a Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement number 1600-2018-0276-R5, pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the Petak Family Trust. The Project is limited to the removal of gabion boxes, concrete foundations, and all concrete/grout within this portion of Altamira Canyon Creek. Approximately 114 feet of the gabion boxes will remain at 25 Sweetbay Road. In addition, the earthen slope will be restored and approximately 1,826 square feet of ungrouted riprap will be installed on the upstream portion and 2,366 square feet of ungrouted riprap will be installed on the downstream portion. Native plants will then be planted over the restored slope.
