The Project location for Digs 3 (34.678285° N; -115.305807° W) and 5 (34.676404° N; -115.373422° W) are along the Line 3000 right-of-way approximately 1.4 east of US Route 66 (Dig 3) and 2.5 miles west of US Route 66 (Dig 5) within the Colorado River Basin Regional Water Quality Control Board-jurisdictional boundaries.
